Description

Understanding employee classification under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) is crucial for employers to ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.

Misclassifying workers as exempt or non-exempt can lead to costly legal disputes, penalties, and wage violations. But how does the FLSA define exempt employees? What are the current salary thresholds? This course breaks down key regulations, including the latest legislative updates, to help businesses stay compliant and properly categorize their workforce.
