ConferenceUniverse has all the rights to cancel or postpone/prepone any webinar event owing to unavoidable circumstances like insufficient registrations (for instance, if the participation is less than 5 in number) or situations beyond its control. All the attendants will be notified about the cancellation of the event, 48 hours prior to the start time of the webinar session.
Upon such cancellation, the registered attendant will get a full refund. They can send us an email with their order details. The customer’s refund will be initiated within 3 working days.
Attendants are free to take a different webinar available at the same/ equivalent price at a future date & time. In such a case, you can drop us an email at cs@conferenceuniverse.com. with the details of the webinar they purchased and the details of the webinar they wish to purchase
Recording or Transcript in exchange but equivalent to the original amount remitted.
Individual attendants can cancel their webinars for any specific reason. They must bring to the notice of ConferenceSchedulers about the cancellation of a particular webinar at least 2 working days before the scheduled date of the event.
If the attendant fails to cancel his/her registration to the webinar prior to two working days of the scheduled date and time of the webinar, or if he/she fails to attend the webinar, no refunds will be initiated.
If an attendant fails to attend a live webinar, he can ask for a recorded webinar or Transcript of the same webinar with no extra charges.
