Description

An OSHA audit can feel like a fire drill with real consequences. One wrong move can lead to serious fines, citations, and bad press.

This fast-paced webinar breaks down how to prepare before OSHA ever steps on-site. We’ll cover what to expect, how to lead the audit process, what auditors look for, and how to train your supervisors to respond calmly and effectively.

We’ll also walk through how to build a solid compliance program that protects you year-round. If OSHA came tomorrow, would you be ready? After this session, you will be.

Learning Objectives: -

  • Be audit-ready at all times
  • Train managers to respond under pressure
  • Build a strong compliance foundation
  • Navigate OSHA audits with confidence
  • Avoid unnecessary scrutiny and repeat visits.

Areas Covered in the Session: -

  • What triggers an OSHA audit (and how to avoid one)
  • How to guide your team through an inspection
  • Smart strategies to reduce the risk of citations and fines
  • Supervisor dos and don’ts during interviews
  • How to build a proactive written compliance plan
  • Ways to prevent employee complaints to OSHA
  • Real-life audit scenarios and how to handle them
  • Live Q&A to address your site-specific concerns.

Why You Should Attend: -

OSHA audits are high stakes. They can hit you with fines, harm your reputation, or even shut you down.

Most companies aren’t ready. This webinar will fix that.

You’ll learn how to lead with confidence, avoid common mistakes, and control the audit—not let it control you. We’ll cover what OSHA expects, how to handle interviews, and how to build internal systems that keep you in the clear.

If you’re in EHS, operations, or compliance, this is essential. Don’t wait for the knock at the door.

Who Should Attend: -

  • EHS Professionals
  • Plant Managers
  • HR
  • Maintenance Leaders
  • Safety Committee Members
  • Risk and Compliance Teams.
